Owners, Gavin Parravicino and Damon Straker, are Barbados natives who envisioned a Canadian company that would promote and support the tourism industry on the island, while offering clients the vacation of their dreams.

Gavin Parravicino’s family company, Realtors (c), is internationally known for specializing in villa sales and property management on the island of Barbados. Through his experience working at the company, Gavin developed a love for tourism, sales and real-estate. After attending school for Business Management and starting a family in Canada, Gavin decided to develop a company, along with good friend Damon Straker. By specializing in Barbados and taking advantage of their ties to local businesses and knowledge of the island, the owners felt that they could ensure their clients would experience a relaxing and exciting vacation. As a result, Bajan Sun Vacations is able to provide vacationers with competitive rates on luxury island adventures. We are also confident in the fact that our clients will be safe and secure in reputable hotels and villas.
