TWO BEDROOM ACCOMMODATION
Combinations available are 2 Garden Rooms/Cottages, one Superior Junior Suite and one Garden Room, two Luxury Junior Suites or two Luxury Cottages.
For rates from 2-4 adults/children add the B.P. rates for the relevant combined accommodation.
Dinner Supplement US$55.00 per adult or US$35.00 per child under 12 years.
For an extra bed for a child under 12 years in Two Bedroom accommodation add US$40.00 B.P
or US$75.00 M.A.P per child, per day.
All rates quoted in U.S. dollars. Double rates are for two persons.

Minimum Stay Requirements
There are minimum night requirements for stays within or overlapping the dates below:
23 - 30 November 2009 - 7 nights
19 December 2009 - 05 January 2010 - 14 nights
01 - 28 February 2010 - 7 nights
01 - 07 April 2010 - 7 nights
22 - 29 November 2010 - 7 nights
There are no arrivals between 25 December 2009 and 02 January 2010.
Child Policy
Coral Reef Club welcomes families, some of whom have visited for two generations; however children under 12 years cannot be accommodated during the period 15 January - 15 March.
Children under 5 years of age are not allowed in the restaurant or lounge after 7.00 p.m.
Children under 16 years cannot occupy a room alone. (Not applicable to communicating rooms.)
Closure Dates
The Coral Reef Club will be closed for annual refurbishment and staff holidays during the periods 30 May - 22 July 2009 and 22 May - 21 July 2010.
Cancellation and "No Show" Policy
We recommend that our guests take out insurance against possible cancellation charges which may be due to the following. In cases of "No Shows" or cancellations within 28 days of arrival during the winter (excluding Christmas), and within 14 days of arrival during the summer, a charge of 3 nights room rate will be imposed. Between 15 December 2009 and 05 January 2010 a charge of 7 nights room rate will be imposed. In the case of early check-outs, the full charge is applied to any cancelled nights of a confirmed reservation. If the accommodation is re-let for the full period of the booking, there will be no charge.
Deposit Requirement
Summer: For stays of 1 - 3 nights duration a deposit of 1 nights rate is required. For stays of 4 nights a deposit of 2 nights rate is required. For stays of 5 nights or longer a deposit of 3 nights rate is required.
Winter: For stays of 1 - 3 nights duration a deposit of 1 nights room rate is required. For stays of 4 nights a deposit of 2 nights rate is required. For stays of 5 - 13 nights a deposit of 3 nights is required. For stays of 14 nights or longer a deposit of 5 nights is required. Over the Christmas/New Year period a deposit of 7 nights rate is required
